2022 Calypto Blanc

Named after the scientific name for the Black Cockatoo, Calyptorhynchus Banksii. The 2022 Calypto Blanc is a clever blend of Viognier sourced from Frankland River and Sauv Blanc from Wilyabrup in Margaret River.

Aromas of white stone fruit, tropical melon, passionfruit with flinty minerality. The palate is fruit forward, with great texture thanks to extended time on lees. It has a clean, crisp acid line which makes for perfect summer drinking.
