2023 Rose

This dry style Rose is a blend of Margaret River Grenache and Shiraz. The Grenache (57%) was fermented wild in barrel and received monthly lees stirring. The Shiraz(43%) was fermented wild in stainless steel. Both wines spent 9 months on lees prior to bottling.

Fresh aromas of strawberries and cream, red apple and raspberry. The palate offers uncomplicated summer drinking with great mouth feel and crisp acidity.
