2021 Zwicker Blanc
A blend of Frankland River bush vine Reisling, Gewurztraminer and Margaret River Chardonnay. Fermented separately and aged 10 months in neutral oak before being assembled.
Aromas of lime rind, orange blossom, Turkish delight and white stone fruits. Zippy citrus acidity on the palate gives good backbone and is supported well by the Chardonnay.

Delicious! Just had a glass at Morries restaurant and bar in Margs. Looked up the website S haven’t had, or even heard of Black Cocky. Hoped be able to visit a cellar door whilst I’m down here for the week. I normally drink Riesling, which is why I was happy to see this on the menu. I highly recommend it to any Riesling drinkers out there.
