Method Traditional Chardonnay Riesling
Organically farmed Chardonnay and Riesling, handpicked and whole bunch pressed. Co-fermented in old French puncheons, aged for 12 months in barrel with monthly lees stirring. Bottled and aged a further 10 months before being disgorged.
Bright citrus aromatics with orange blossom, brioche and a saline edge. The palate is fruit forward, a fine bead and a dry finish. A truly unique wine.
