2022 Rico Blanco

A Rueda inspired blend of Verdejo (40%), Sauv Blanc (40%), Viognier (15%) and Chardonnay (5%).
All components went through wild fermentation, separately, in barrel with monthly lees stirring. After 8 months on lees, the wines were blended together and bottled unfined and unfiltered.

A fantastic food wine with aromas of tropical melon, citrus, lemon curd and pineapple skin. The palate is fruit forward with mouth watering, tart acidity and grippy texture.
