2022 Fault Block Verdejo

Verdejo from Spain, grown in Geographe wine region. Farmed on iron gravels over ancient granite, along the Darling Fault. Handpicked, crushed and pressed to a old 500L barrel, fermented wild, no malo and aged on lees for 9 months.

A textured and mineral wine with aromas of lemon pith, white nectarine, jasmine and nougat. The palate has plush fruit with taught acidity.
