SAV-VEE Margaret River Pet Nat Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc sourced from Wilyabrup, harvested early in the season to retain natural acidity. The fruit was pressed to stainless tank, fermented wild and hand bottled with 10g/L RS.
This Pet Nat is perfect summer drinking with tropical aromas of passionfruit, guava & citrus. The palate has fine fizz and a great line of acid.
