2022 Margaret River Viognier
Organically farmed in Metricup, the 2022 Viognier was crushed and left to soak on skins for 12hrs, before being pressed to seasoned French oak for wild fermentation. Aged on lees for 9 months with fortnightly batonnage, before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Aromas of topical melon, white stone fruit, citrus and jasmine. Mouth coating richness is balanced with refreshing acidity that has excellent line and length.
