2018 Margaret River Viognier

Organically farmed fruit sourced from Churchview Estate, basket pressed to mature French oak barrels before going through wild fermentation. Aged 8 months on lees in barrel, with fortnightly lees stirring. This wine shows classic Viognier traits of apricot, melon, citrus and mineral elements. Only 570 bottles produced.
